We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski slopes and breathtaking mountain views from our balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on things to do in the area and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and varied breakfast options and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable.
Nothing it was perfect.

Had a great Easter trip to a hotel in Spania Dolina area which had a beautiful location, gorgeous views, clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. The option for hiking around the location was really nice, and the evening meals served were delicious. The location was quite satisfying as we had easy access to nearby towns.
The stay had its flaws also. The furniture in the rooms were dated, hard uncomfortable beds and the linen appeared less than desirable. No fridge or kettle in the rooms made it difficult to have our own refreshments inside the room. Additionally, the breakfast was a bit too expensive and not worth the price. The bathroom was a bit outdated, and they did not seem to have good aftercare in maintaining the room’s cleanliness throughout our stay.

What a wonderful weekend we had! The location couldn't have been more perfect for those who love winter sports, and there were plenty of walking paths during the summer months. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we loved the spacious rooms with plenty of storage space. The renovated rooms had a beautiful old-style charm while still being functional.
While we had an overall great experience, there were a few things that could be improved. The breakfast seemed overpriced for what was offered, with limited options and some confusion among the staff about the new menu.
